The project incorporates only studio units, with 201 market-rate attainable, and 26 designated for Extremely Low Income (ELI). The stunning 8 story structure is located in the South Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The housing project is also a qualified opportunity fund development, utilizing its location for state qualified tax incentives.
