EMERALD

Emerald is a mixed-use development that is located at the northeast corner of 14th and Olive Street, in the South Park neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. The project was made possible through the strategic usage of a TFAR (Transfer of Floor Area Ratio). It features 154 residential dwelling units, with a mixture of studios, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Visually, the development features modern lines and various upper-level setbacks which complement its urbanized neighborhood setting. The project is situated on a corner lot, and consists of terraces, a rooftop deck, a ground floor plaza, and street level retail housed within a podium style complex.
