BARRY WILKINS
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
Barry Wilkins has over 10 years of experience in every stage of development, from construction management, tenant improvement coordination, and full-cycle real estate project management.
Prior to joining Irvine and Associates, Barry provided construction management with Hathaway Dinwiddie for the USC Village project. He then spent five years at Caruso coordinating over 150 tenant improvement construction build outs, including two ground-up projects in the 45-tenant Pacific Palisades Village and Glendale’s 5-tenant Masonic Temple Retail.
Barry spent an additional two years at SoLa Impact managing ground-up, privately funded affordable multifamily projects through permitting and entitlements, bringing over 750 units to RTI. After a year and a half of providing independent real estate development consulting services, Barry has joined the Irvine & Associates team to lend his talents to the broader market.
Barry holds an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Development and a dual master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning from the University of Southern California, and proudly considers himself a Triple Trojan.
In his free time, Barry loves to write, play soccer, and create artistic woodworks. He also volunteers with USC Graduate Urban Planning courses, and is on the Board of Directors for the United States Deaf Soccer Association, where he continues to advocate for access to spaces and development of soccer for the D/deaf and Hard of Hearing youth.
